What kind of testing is involved?
Athletes receive a home-delivered kit. Depending on your tier, this includes saliva, urine, and blood testing. The Elite tier also includes a genetic swab. These tests provide insights into stress response, digestion, inflammation, fatigue, and food sensitivities—vital factors in baseball performance.
What will my plan include?
You’ll receive a fully customized performance plan:
